1. Service Description

GraphVision converts scientific text into graphical abstracts, posters, mindmaps, summaries, and diagrammatic outputs. Users paste their text → AI processes it → editable visuals are generated.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Upload only content you own or are authorized to use.
  • Avoid illegal, harmful, or unethical use of GraphVision.
  • Respect academic integrity and copyright laws.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all manuscripts and all generated visuals.

GraphVision claims no intellectual property rights over your content.

You may publish generated visuals anywhere without attribution.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

Ephemeral Processing: By default, input text is processed in secure, ephemeral memory solely for the purpose of content generation and is not retained in plaintext after the session ends.

Encryption-at-Rest (Tenant-Level): All stored project data (including prompts and manuscript text) is secured using Tenant-Level Encryption.

  • Your data is encrypted before being written to our database using a unique cryptographic key assigned specifically to your user account.
  • This ensures that your data is cryptographically isolated from other users.

Data Isolation: GraphVision employs strict access controls and encryption to ensure that your manuscript text remains accessible only to you through your authenticated account.

5. Credit-Based Licensing

GraphVision operates on a credit system:

  • Each generated visual consumes credits.
  • Credits are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical failure.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • AI Accuracy: AI-generated visuals may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. We do not guarantee scientific correctness.
  • User Verification: It is the user's responsibility to verify all generated content before publication.
  • Publication: GraphVision is not responsible for publication outcomes, academic rejection, or copyright disputes arising from the use of generated visuals.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Abuse
  • Fraud
  • Violation of these Terms

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish and EU law.
